Yes, Goddess Shelly is extremely ticklish, especially on her lovely feet, but she rarely allows me to tickle them.

Why is shelly so particular about you tickling her feet

She is the boss in our relationship. She only gets tickled when she wishes, and always pulls her feet away every few seconds when she allows me to tickle her. On the other hand, she tickles me when I am in bondage and she sometimes does so without mercy. That is just the nature of our relationship and we both like it that way.
