Must have been 1996 since a movie that I hated, The English Patient, won the top Oscar.

Best year for movies?
 
I’d say either 1982 or 1984. While some of my favorite movies did not come out those years. The most amount of movies I love come here

Your favorite nickname
 
The favorite nickname that I ever had was "Rock Man" at summer camp. Swimming was in a deep pond and nobody would believe that I had dived under water to the bottom. To prove that I had, I dove down there again and came up with a large rock. This was greeted with amazement.

Did you ever have a nickname that you hated?
 
Funnily enough it was Mr. Cool! Obviously it grew on me

Worst instrument
 
The instrument that I dislike to hear most is the tuba.

What is your least favorite instrument?
 
Nope. Probably won't bother.

What is your all-time favorite film from the 1970s?
 
I prefer movies with heroes.

Who is your favorite villain to see in a film?
 
Two favorite movie villains that immediately come to mind for me are Heath Ledger as the Joker in The Dark Knight (2008) and Robert Mitchum as the evil preacher Reverend Harry Powell in The Night Of The Hunter (1955).

Who is your current favorite actor?
 
Adam Sandler if actor means males only.
Sarah Michelle Gellar if actresses are included.

Which current actor or actress being in a movie guarantees that you will not go to see it?
 
Melissa McCarthy, I simply can not stand her

Worst actor or actress
 
Worst for me is Susan Sarandon. Just the sound of her voice makes me cringe.

If you mean Hanna-Barbera, then I was a big fan of Ruff and Ready as a child.

I watched a lot after school and on Saturday, but I’d assume 2 to 3 hours a day

Westerns kinda died out a bit when I was growing up (the 70s) But I did watch a lot of reruns

Do you like westerns
 
I do, both the classics in reruns and the modern films.
