Actually, at our DQ my daughter often orders a mint Oreo blizzard. Seems to be no big deal at this location.

My, they're an argumentative lot, aren't they? I was going to wish a warm welcome last night when I got home and sat down to my `puter. Then I started to read through the thread. Cripes. I was afraid even a "How do ya do?" would be greeted with scorn and derision. 😱
 
I can not, nor will I attempt to speak for everyone, but from myself.....

A big THANK YOU to all of you here at TT, I have some great friends here, and always make more when ever I venture this way. Your hospitality is truly appreciated by me. I will not apologize for anyone, but I will say it is in bad form when TT opens it doors a few choose to rattle it for nothing more than ambient noise.

I THANK YOU!! And you all know your more than welcome to visit the TMF anytime. And if not anyone else, you will always have a friend in me.

I'd like to apologize for my part of the commotion that took up way too much space in this thread. I felt attacked and retaliated in kind. I honestly don't know where the animosity came from, but there were better ways I could have handled it.

I consider myself an active member of both TT and TMF, but, like Robace, I'd still like to thank everyone here.
 
Honestly, I don't care about which board someone frequents... a good person is a good person, be they from TT, TMF, or no forum at all. Same goes for troublemakers. I've never seen anyone as 'that guy/girl from <insert forum/site here>' .

So, as far as I'm concerned, no matter what place you might frequent, for my part, if you're a nice guy or girl, consider yourself welcome to the Theater, and feel free to stay and post. Hey, who knows when someone might meet a friends.

Same goes to all the members of all the forums out there... why not look past where someone spends their time and past the differences of all sites (which are all great, IMO), and just look at people for who they are?

Just my two cents.

You were attacked and frankly I'm shocked you didn't go off even more than you did. I thought for all the shit that was thrown, you remained exceedingly mature about it and pretty much stood firm without reacting in an escalating manner.

But an apology is always a show of class, despite my thinking you didn't need to.

Well, you all were super friendly* when this board had a hiccup awhile back and many of us ventured over there to get news and sort of "camp out" until this one was back up.
As mentioned, there's lots of lovely people on both boards. The decent peeps far outweigh the occasional party-poopers.





*Well, apart from some douche from Scotland who kept asserting that we are all pedos over here. Everybody else was cool.

TMF and Tickletheater both started around the same time. I used to lurk around both of them til I finally decided to sign up here. I like TMF, don't get me wrong. But Tickletheater is a much better site. I can be myself and seem important, in TMF, however I wasn't noticed as much as I would have liked to be. People may call me an "attention *****", but that's there opinion. Remember the old saying, "Opinions are like ass holes, everybody has one". My opinion, stick with TT.
