I do not drink much in the way of hard liquor any more. I hate being drunk and that will do it. I used to be a big beer drinker and now I do not hardly touch it. Wine is my drink of choice. Mostly white wines but there are a few reds I enjoy.
 
Around town I listen to sports talk radio. On A road trip I listen to CD's. Many times I just love silence.

I used to live in Michigan. I am not a big fan of any of their pro teams except the wings. And yes, I am both hated and feared asa Wings fan here in Texas.
 
Have you been to a Stars/Wings game in Dallas? Did you proudly wear your colours? 😀 (I love to do that in Buffalo... but Buffalo usually wins anyway, lol)

Wow. That is a deep question my dear. I have two because can't just choose one. My dad for teaching me to be a kind and gentle man. He taught by example. The other would be a 7th grade teacher I had. She encouraged me to write. She said I would do the world a injustce if I did not share my word with others. I have written over 200 poems, 17 short stories, two childrens books and I have been working on a biography about life, faith, friendship and love.

I went to one game since I arrived hre two years ago. Most of the fans were wearing Wings colors. Dallas won.

Wow. I am not known as a serious risk taker. I would say the biggest risk I ever took was all the way back in jr high. I disagreed with a teacher on a point he was making. He asked me not to argue with him about it. So i asked to debate him on the issue and he agreed. One week later he and I debated the issue and had the class vote on it. I won. The teacher was impressed and he gave me extra credit. I always tell my Nieces and Nephews they should always take a chance on things. We only truly fail when we never try.

I traveled from San Antonio to Amarillo by bus when I was in the USAF. What part of Texas do you live in?
