Mighty sick. We are headed to the hospital in a few minutes. Her bowel broke and se lost part of her colon. She is a in ICU and under constant watch. She had surgery late last night. Thoughts and prayers needed.

My Mom passed away this afternoon. I do believe it will be a long night. Thank You all for your continued thoughts and prayers.

How are you holding up today? Again I am SORRY to read about your Mother.

I am holding up well. Having a little better day today. All my mothers final arrangements have been closed and we are ready to move forward. I am setting plans in motion to have a memorial for her in the first week of January. We will have another in California a few weeks later. We will then lay her to rest in the mountains where she wanted to be. I am missing her right now. This Holiday was her favorite and she was looking forward to it. Thanks for your kind words my friend.

Thank You my good friend. I have a swing of emotions. I was feeling guilty yesterday. I did get six hours of sleep tonight. The most I have had since Sunday night.

Up, breakfast has been made and eaten, and I am blessed to be healthy as I am. Are you on semester break yet?

Yes I am. I might be taking a semester off. I need a break. My mom wanted me to live a little. So I might catch a few movies and finish my book. In the meantme, My dad and I will take a trip to California to put my mom in the mountains where she wanted to be. That will free me up for NEST also. Then in June I will head back to school and finish up.

Good for you, everyone needs to do what is best for them and they Must decide what that is! I know you will be really happy taking your Mom to where she wanted to go back to, at the proper time. Almost seems like "Rocky Mountain" high would be among a few songs appropriate for that experience, even tho it will be on the West coast.

We do have a tree up. One of the last things my mother wanted done. She was so pleased with her tree. How about you?

(pic included just for you) I actually love Thanksgiving and Christmas as they have tremendous meaning to me, much beyond the obvious. While this season has not turned out so nice for you, I can see that you are well founded in your heart and family so you are doing just great, considering.

Both. I have been to the Grand Canyon yet I have never rode the mule down. A hot air balloon ride has been a dream of mine for a long time.
