Boil a pot of hot water with a little lemon juice in it, remove it from the heat, and lean your head over the pot with a towel over your head. It's also good for your skin, so your getting a two for one! lol. I also recommend taking sudafed, stuff is awesome.

Product replacement plan.. Apparently it only works if you have the original receipt and not a duplicate, so instead of driving 3 seconds down the street to replace my ipod quickly, I have to ship it off to apple.

But when I worked there the duplicate was just fine.. fuckers.
