Sorry Brad...
I once mentioned the most ticklish person in the world here. Girl I knew many years ago, the minute you proferred an outstretched finger, she screamed loud enough to break glass, and if that finger of yours met physical contact anywhere on her body, you'd be sure to have a crowd of people surrounding the house, trying to peer into the windows.
Second place is not so bad, Brad. Better performance than that of Les Canadiens as of late...

i would have to say that my wifes best freind is the most ticklish girl ive have ever known. i have tickled here many times and i just have to say "tickle tickle kim" and its over. her feet and underarms must have to be the most ticklish i have ever and i mean ever have encounted. now i cant even give my wife a backrub with out her giggling like made and jumping away but kim forget it.
