This was 11/09 when this happened. Lucas's mother, Moira Kelly (her real name), was in bed with her boyfriend, and she woke up and acted surprised and said that he looked better last night, must have been the wine. She was obviously kidding around and he said "Oh?", and grabbed her side, she gave a real loud squeal and started squirming (looked very real). Cute scene and she is attractive.
 
Moira Kelly once said in an interview that she is extremely ticklish.
 
The exact quote was something like this: "I love giving massages but not getting them. I'm real ticklish so it's hard to get near my feet."
 
I'm rewatching the West Wing, which reminded me how cute Moira Kelly is, which reminded me that she's ticklish, which made me look her up here, which made me want to see this moment.

Pretty sure Hilarie Burton was side tickled by Brooke in an episode, Haley was tickled by both Nathan and Chris Keller, and other than that, I can’t think of any other girls on the show tickled. Sadly.
