Definitions:
Small vs. Large Feet - Small as in small shoe size or large as in large shoe size. I don't believe there is an official threshold for small vs. large feet, but I imagine it would be somewhere above a men's size 10 or 11 in U.S. shoe sizes.
Narrow vs. Wide Feet - Foot is narrower or wider than average. A shoe having a C width would be considered narrow whereas a shoe with an E width would be considered wide.
Fleshy vs. Thin Feet - Fleshier feet have more flesh and are more pudgy looking than thin feet which have less flesh and look bonier than fleshy feet.
