Yes, but many public restrooms in Europe (at least the ones I went to in Poland and London) also charge you, as well.
Maybe it's a European thing....
Eh, if the overall price of the flight were less, than yeah, I would still go. But if the prices were the same to say, some other flight that didn't charge you for a necessity like jackasses, than I would go to that one instead. xD But hey, if it's only for flights an hour or less, I think I'd be able to hold it in anyway.
All restrooms on highways here in Germany belong to Sanifair and it costs 50 cents to get in. For that, you get perfectly clean and automatically desinfecting toilets, and the tickets the automat gives you for that can be turned in at the restroom shop for food or drinks. I think it's a great idea.
