I feel the need to post this after having a discussion with phillyboy2008. A chat that started out fun and harmless but as he told me more and more about what he (a 26 year old) did to a 12 year old girl, I couldn't take it anymore. I just read everything you shared Amber...and all I can say is that Phillyboy is just plain sick. If he was just tickling the feet with just fingers (or maybe a feather) to a 12 year old girl on an act of playing. Fine.

It is probably just the guy's fantasies, but no less sick for that. Still, there could be an actual child being abused, which makes a good case for reporting it to the authorities.

It's probably has to be the mods' who would pass on the chatlog and the guy's IP info to law enforcement -- they have access to his account info. I think the FBI would be the right agency, if they're going to report.

This is a difficult situation. I mod another forum, and we really can't moderate what happens "off forum", so I'm not sure what they can do about it. However, if this did indeed happen, authorities should be told.

Look, I'm sorry if I sounded like I was jumping down your throat, that wasn't my intention. My point is, joke or no, people like that need to be made aware that sort of thing is not acceptable. I want this to be reported to the proper authorities so they can personally let him know just how serious this is.

If it turns out that he's guilty, that's one less perv in society we have to deal with. If he's not guilty, maybe he'll think twice before declaring something like that ever again.
