No....but some of these cell phones are so small that I guess they would make good tickling tools.
I've tickled many people as they try to have phone conversations...one favorite was when I was just out of college. I was visiting my gf who still lived on campus. There was a payphone on every floor and her room was next to the phone. As I made my way down the hall there was another girl, who I knew socially, on the phone. She was sitting with her back to the wall and her legs over the back of a chair...feet dangling.😉 We made eye contact and I smiled. Then, just before I walked past, I whispered "Are you ticklish?" Her eye got big and she mouthed "no!" and started shaking her head. I remember she had green socks on. I grabbed an ankle and lightly tickled...enough to make her face scrunch up in a smile but not enough to make her laugh outloud. She almost giggled a bit and was having a hard time concentrating on her call so I let up. We smiled at each other again and I continued on my way.

Here's another quickie while I have the time...
We had a group of kids who lived off campus and were part of some special scholarship program. They were always dressed up with skirt/ties/etc...which really made them stand out.
One girl was just a cutie. She was kind of shy and we had one class together, but I worked at the library where they did much of their studying and we saw each other every day. She was tall, blond and probably a little too thin. One afternoon on the way to lunch I happened upon her on a payphone (dang, I wish there were more payphone around these days!😀 ) and she never saw me coming! She had her back to me as I walked up on her. I reached out and started tickling her ribs and sides. She spun around and saw me and tried to wiggle away. She bit her lip...stiffled a laugh and then started giggling. After a few seconds I let her go and she smiled at me and continued her conversation as I walked away.

Here's another...
I have a friend who must be in the top two most ticklish females in the world. Here's an example. In highschool a bunch of us were wrestling around and I ended up with her feet, in nylons, on my lap. I had them pinned with one arm and my fingers wiggling just inches from them. She pleaded so much and begged so well that I actually let her go without tickling her...I just knew she couldn't take it.
So to the phone story:
I had called her when she was in grad school and her roomate, a spunky little girl who loved to run around barefoot, happened to answer the phone first. I told her not to let on it was me on the phone and she played along. I asked if she knew just how ticklish her roommate was and she said she did. I then asked her if my friend was wearing shoes and she was not. So I told her to go over and start tickling her roommate and then say that it was from me and I was on the phone. She readily agreed. She put the phone down and I heard walk across the room. Then I heard my friend squeal and laugh for a few seconds before coming to the phone, still giggling. We then had a good conversation on her and her roommate's ticklishness.
I just sw her again recently...she's still ticklish...lol!

lol sounds like u had some gd times plz post nemore if u have any. Since I started the thread, the only experiences I have is of my ex gf, I posted it in the earlier experinces quite some time ago but here it is again, she was called kate but sadly we split up ages ago :
Anyway her school (it was an all girls school you see) went on a trip to alton towers and I tried calling her phone no answer so I thought thats odd, so I called her friends phone and I heard this really loud laughing and guess who it was kate laughing her head off ,her friend was tickling her shitless I didn't want to put the phone down
I was like whos that laughing she said kate I said no way. anyway her friend stopped so I could talk to her. Then I had to go out somewhere. Later when they left alton towers back on the bus I called my gf kate and we were just normally talking when all of a sudden she stops and I said whats wrong she said nothing but was holding back a giggle then she starts giggling and I said whats going on she said she's tickling me again and later her friend told her she was jumping all over the seat lol, this is when I found out how ticklish she really was heh.
And there was another few times on the phone when she was on a train home yes her friend was with her again and all of a sudden a tickle fight breaks out and I get cut off, Then the last ever time she got tickled by her friend on the phone, after the train journey, turns out she was staying at her friends house so when they got home she pranked me, I called her back, now it turns out when I txt her a while b4 her friend was tickling her again so it took a while to get a txt back which I thought was odd, so I called her and her friend was singing and kate was giggling a lot after she said hi, I thought her friend singing may have been amusing but she didn't stop giggling, so basically she would say a word then start giggling again and then sometimes jst crack up laughing, I said is she tickling you she said no, but that was a lie her friend later revealed 2 me, then I spoke to her friend and the laughing stopped, so I put 2 and 2 together then I spoke to kate again and said my gdnite to her and she started laughing out loud when I said bye, her friend really got her good she told me. Turns out her friend was sitting on her computer with kate next 2 her and she was really digging into her sides, I wish I couldve been there sigh

Another story...
First one of me getting tickled! One gf in college was one of us...pure and simple. I know that now. Then I didn't know there was an "us"! LOL! I said before we had a love-hate relationship and I think she was mainly interested in me because as a tickler myself I was the only one who could dominate her.
So to the story...
It was the last day of school. Junior year of college. Mary didn't want to spend the night in my room so we were just sitting up late talking and goofing around when I got a phone call from a friend living off campus. Mary was at the end of the mattress and started lightly tickling the top of my feet. Now, at the time I was very good and not being ticklish. However she was VERY good at tickling me! So I start to squirm and my friend on the phone notices and starts asking what's wrong. I kept telling him nothing and trying to move away. I looked down at Mary and she was kneeling next to the bed chasing my feet around with light spider tickles and dricing me out of my mind...until I managed to pin her under one leg and tickle her with my other foot...until she realized my bare sole was now available and went for the kill!
She received a heavy payback for that one!

I've always been afraid of someone tickling me while I'm on the phone lol I know I would make a complete ass of myself. However, I'm not above doing it to someone else 
Here's a work story...
I had a secretary when I was an assistant manager at my last job who claimed to not be ticklish. This topic came up because I have the habit of poking people in the ribs when they are in bad positions like carrying something or whatever.
So one day I'm feeling particulary tickly and just kept trying and trying to tickle her and I found that right by her armpit, on her back/side she is VERY ticklish. She was probably in her late 40's then (8 years ago) and kind of stoic, but I could make her giggle and twist away with that spot.
More than once I would be working at the main computer in the store and she would be standing next to me on the phone with a customer and I would lightly tickle that spot on her back/side and make her twist and bite her lip. The last time I saw her I walked in and tickled her and she spun around and said that she knew it was me because I'm the only one who knows where she is ticklish.

Lazarus does this to me all the time. And we're not talking a quick little poke or scribble of the fingers either...we're talking full out tickle attack until I am often either screaming, laughing too hard to say a word, begging, or agreeing to do some horrendous chore or activity just so I can maintain any shred of dignity I may still have. He especially loves doing this when I am on the phone with my mother. *growls*
He gets his, though, once I hang up the phone. He's been known to knock paintings off the wall and rip doors right off their hinges in his effort to flee from my revenge. You'd think he'd learn.. 🙄
