You may be (too young, please go elsewhere if you're under 18, or too old for some here who prefer to chat with those their own age, just be honest).
In spite of the uncertainty -- Forget the pic, it's not worth seriously regretting it
5-10 years down the line. (Especially if you're not established in your profession, and/or if this could be used against you in your current/future line of work...)
See who's on, esp. in your age group, or target age group,
and check the Penpal section first,
or the Chat room --- good luck
