If yes to #1, then spread eagled is the way to go. If you don't want his head to move, here's a trick. I hold his face firmly and tell him that Mama’s gonna give him kisses if he holds still. That way, I can tease him, and yet keep him still and aroused at the same time. Like tickle his feet, kiss, tickle his tummy, kiss, tickle his underarms, kiss. I guarantee that you’ll get more turned on as well.
My personal favorite is slowly taking off clothes, whether we’re roleplaying or just tickling for fun. But if I get my nails done, I have my girlfriend undress him which he doesn’t mind at all. She’ll squeeze his legs with her big hips, then she places both her hands around the ankles. His wrists are tied together and he cannot get up. If he won't come willingly, yes, find a couple friends to gang up on him. My girlfriend is almost 6 ft and she had no problem kidnapping JT on Halloween so that we could tickle him. Of course then again, he wouldn't fight back because he loves it lol! But I'll save that story for another day.
