I think it's odd (and kind of funny) when people complain about "faking" in mainstream movies. Everything in mainstream, movies is fake! We're not talking a Yaqui documentary here.
And by the way, I saw the movie about a year ago and didn't much care for the scene. I will point out that the company that releases these movies has a good track record for providing mainstream tickling material, tho. Check out SHOCK-O-RAMA.
