I'm not really sure that I can help you, the game has worked fine for me other than the fact I can't download the latest patch. I'd either need some more info to see if you were doing anything wrong, using my feeble knowledge of how this magical box I'm using works, or you'll need to make a post to the game creator's blog with your issue.
