Okay, maybe it's Just my period coming on and the overlapping stress of the holidays and my insane family driving me to ask this question but...

What happened to all the Intelligent threads?!

Yeah sure okay I KNOW you all have a foot fetish. The vast majority of you do. That's Fine. But is there even a point in bringing foot -fashion- into this? Haven't we already been over the shoes thing? Toe rings and whatnot? Can we have an alternate route for either the foot people or one for those of us that have No interest whatsoever in people's feet and/or shoes? Feet are gross, to me. No offense to you fetishists, just... 14 years of peeling dead skin from my grandmother's feet for a few extra coins is enough to give anyone the traumatized heebie geebies over feet. okay? I have nothing against you so don't come back at me and start yelling about inequality...

I swear to God it's IMPOSSIBLE to find somewhere that's tickle-related and NOT overrun with feet. I just don't get it, honestly, I just don't.

And the celebs... Honestly, for Christ's sake I'm sick to death of the crap about celebs. Famous people are just PEOPLE. If they weren't plastered over everything, no one would even know they existed just like no one knows any of Us exist because we don't live and/or work in Hollywood.

Sure I've posted my fair share of stupid topics but lately we're overrun with them. Or Repeats. Three threads on one page all about the same thing at times. By different authors. I know this because a few of MY threads have been restarted by someone else which is another pet peeve of mine that I'll get to at a later date.

So someone answer me on any of the above topics... Just pick one, I don't care which at this point, I'm just so irritated that I no longer have an outlet because it's all Feet and Celebs. -.-;; *twitch* *twitch* I hate the holidays....

I can undertand where you're coming from. I'm interested primarily in F/* upper-body tickling, so I usually give the foot stuff only a passing glance. As far as celebs, lol, I draw from a whole different celebrity universe than most people here. I don't even know who some of the younger pop stars are except from reading about them on this board 😀

Acorn: I totally agree with you there. There are too many foot-fetish nuts around here. It's getting pretty tiring to see 10-12 people ask if there's a foot tickling clip every time a pic or clip gets uploaded. "But is there one where her feet get tickled?" "how about a toe-sucking or nylon clip?" Blah, blah. Also, the "non-tickling" sections on this site are almost exclusively related to feet. Don't these people have anywhere else to go?

As for the talk about foot fasions, I assume you were talking about my thread.
You have to understand, Acornamordor, since I was a child, I could never figure out why I was enamoured with womens feet. The fact that I had an unusually large obsession with tickling never occured to me in the sense that the two went hand in hand. I was mixed up until high school. I knew by then that I had a foot fetish, but never realised that because of my deep-rooted osession with tickling I was by default, gravitating towards the most notorious tickle spot. Basically, my foot fetish was directly created by my fetish for tickling.
This forum is an outlet for those two fetishes.

However, I am glad to see that there are more people posting that are into underarms. The tickling underarms fetish didn't manifest it's self in me until about six years ago. Like I said before, I will gladly post underarm posing pics in the non-TK section. The only reason I don't post more, is that I was afraid that I was taking up space for...FOOT PICTURES BWAHAHAHAHA!!!

despite being a fancier of feet i would agree, most of these threads are the same thing said over and over just worded differently. Its like reading the same headline from every major newspaper from every city on the same topic.

Perhaps there should be a subforum for non-foot related tickling. I like upper body tickling too, better than bare foot tickling, but my favorite is nylon foot tickling. Bare foot tickling does nothing for me. How about a sub-forum dedicated to nylon foot tickling as well?

I usually feel in minority everywhere, since my tastes or my experiences, in general, not only about tk, are not exactly the most widespread in the environment in which I happen to find myself.

Basically with just an exception: tk/feet.

Whenever I enter TickleTheater, TMF or similar sites, I know I will almost always find people who share exactly my tastes or who are very close to.

I'm sorry that people here feel "emarginated" because the main topics of the vast majority of the threads are about feet, mixed with celebrities, but also think about those people, like me, who has a passion for feet (I don't like the word "fetish"! Specially in Italian it sounds really awful: feticcio...), strictly correlated with tk.

These are places where "people like us" can enjoy their inclination, without fear of being considered as freak, perverted, harasser, and so on, just like you, non-feet tk people, with regard to your point of view about the subject.

The fact that the vast majority of the posts are about feet tk is just due to the fact that the vast majority of the members are, mainly or not, into feet/feet tk. I think there is not much more to say about it: people post/read what they like.
If you feel there is not enough non-feet tk stuff, just start posting about it and try to let other people who have your same taste do the same.

That said, please also consider that most, if not the vast majority, of the members, even if they have a primary taste for feet, can and actually enjoy tk in every form, and have actually contributed in that sense too.

Celebrities thing: it's the same everywhere, about any topics...

Feet are gross: when I was born, I didn't ask for a foot/tk fetish, I just find it there, and have to live with it.
Not that I mind... 😉

One thing you will have to reconcile in your quest for intelligence, is the overwhelming percentage of tickle fetishists who have a natural prediliction for foot fetishism (albeit some are strictly tickling related). The reasons why this association exists are for another thread, but suffice it to say that it definitely outweighs individuals with other specific areas of interest.

The mods will do what they see fit, but I think adding layer after layer of subform is a bad idea. It does more to promote the idea that segregation of people with varied tastes is the answer, when this is supposed to be a community of like-minded people who share one common interest - tickling.

It seems to me that if you're going to have subforums for upper body ticklers, then you really have to include a subforum for EACH of the uppoer body interests, i.e.; armpits; tummies; ribs and sides, etc. Then, you'll need a subforum for those people who enjoy consentual, and another for bondage, and please don't forget the forum just for those people who enjoy celebrity tickling. Stocking foot tickling, bare foot, shoe removal, shoe fashion, hairy armpits, body stockings, tickle torture, sexual content, M/M (and all associated subforums for their tastes). Then, you can move on to subcategorizing each of the other forums the same way. Stories need to be sorted, artwork, clips, etc...

Community means sharing. In this community, the sharing is of ideas, perspectives, specific interests, and material to support such interests allows everyone the opportunity to be exposed to things they like and things they don't necessarily understand.

So, perhaps, instead of finding new ways to keep ourselves at distance from one anothers' interests, we should look past the simple differences and embrace the one aspect of our tastes that has brought us all together in this "community"...TICKLING!

But it could backfire.

First of all, it would require greater attention when posting - "so, where is this thing supposed to go? Mmm... oh get lost, nevermind".

Second, it need greater vigilance and "humanpower" - it would tax the mods more.

Finally, categories do overlap - "so... she is showing her peds, but also her tits... and they are ticking her pits, but she's showing a part of her left sole... and the blankets are silk...".

Sure... they could come in handy. But carefully choosing a name for threads would work as well. 🙂

Second off, yes, there is a lot of feet material here. But, it follows the law of supply and demand. There is a GREAT demand for feet-related material, and thus, there are a great many suppliers and supplies. As long as there are many ticklers who are also foot fetishists, that will not change.

As to different sections, yes, that has been suggested and discussed before. The K-man summed it up quite well. See his post.

I am Not intending this to tread on anyone's toes, mind you, I just feel that those of us who are not into feet have become the minority's minority. Feet are the dominant factor in the TK community and for those of us who have little to no interest in them, we get left out because we just go through HUNDREDS of websites, some of which aren't even tickle related, they're just Feet, for Christ's sake...

I understand where you're coming from with the community ideal, but this is becoming a suburbia of foot fanatics while those of us who can find no interest in said subject become the lesser-known "redneck white trash" of the neighborhood. We're 'Different' even in a Community of those who are 'Different'. You can harp at me all day about being lost in highschool or elementary or all through college or up until you were 40 or 50 all you want but that doesn't change what I am trying to say. WE are still lost. We try to band together for our own threads and the subject somehow miraculously always changes to Feet and then We become the Rhino in the China Store. Stepping on SOMEONE's toes, or hurting SOMEONE's feelings because we don't like the same thing. It's like a 24/7 babysitting job of worrying how they're going to react because we find no appeal to their predominant 'passion'.

These are all interesting perspectives. As an artist I find the majority of the tickle art specifically to be foot-related. However, thats by request mind you at least 50% of the time.

I can count on one hand, literally, its that few, how many people have EVER requested anything other than foot tickling from me.

I suppose I am only making the situation worse for non-foot fans and am helping to perpetuate the reality you feel exists here, and does. I'm sure alot of people probably think artists are also bias based on what they choose to draw. In my case, because I am not completely submersed in tickling or fetishes anyway I don't feel any particular loyalty to a specific body part or theme.

Its really just a matter of people with different likes making different appeals and requests. Maybe if they did that, as far as art goes, you'd see a change in content, however minimal.

Consistancy with upperbody requests is whats key to gaining that kind of material, not necessarily how many people are asking for it.

This message board is already divided into so many subforums that further division would be impractical. I have often asked people to be kind enough to identify the genders and tickle focus of media posts in their thread titles -- if more people would do that, it would be much easier for everyone to find what they are looking for.

Unfortunately, u/b and especially F/M tickling is marginalised at most online forums, presumably due to the law of supply and demand as HDS states. On the other hand, since TT allows less-popular content to be posted here, at a forum of this size, I can usually find *something* of interest at least a few times a week.

The answer for u/b and F/M fans is to post as often and as visibly as possible, in hopes of attracting like-minded people to contribute. Even if only 10% of the members here are u/b fans, that would be almost 3,000 people who share our interest.

That would be OK, except for the fact that there is so much more material for foot tickling than there is for UB tickling. To make matters worse, foot fans just drop non-tickling foot fetish clips in our media sections as though it were appropriate material. Granted, enthusiasts of feet should be allowed to share their passion, but aren't there tons of foot fetish websites are there to do this?

I agree that our community can't afford to get less friendly, so we should not outlaw any type of content that's currently allowed. However, instead of creating an offshoot of "Tickling" called "upper-body tickling" as some have suggested, I suggest we create a subforum called "FOOT FORUM". All the foot pictures, and foot worship clips that include little or no tickling that get posted in our tickling section would get moved to FOOT FORUM.

For instance, the "MTV dismissed" videoclip that was posted recently. It's about 30 seconds long. The first 3 seconds have a guy sucking a girl's toe. The next 27 seconds have nothing to do with anything. This does not belong in the 'Video Clips' section of a TICKLING FORUM.

Observe that the 'jrubicante plan' does not segregate the foot tickling material from the upperbody material. It simply weeds out the foot fetish and foot worship stuff making the media sections more enjoyable for true tickle fans. I feel the 'jrubicante plan' is a step in the right direction, without offending any groups involved.

Second, we'll get them to rename it under a new interest. Like "molds and fungus in the amazon baisin."

We'll seperate the molds in one discussion catagory, and place the fungus into another.

And last but not least, we'll set up a clip section for archeologists to upload WMV bytes of the native jungle dwellers, gingerly shooting each other in the ass with poison tipped darts.
