Interrogation is likely to be ineffective, as the situation would freeze the lee's mind. More likely to shut down the tickling response if you're in for real. Blackmail and bribery are both illegal and immoral, so both are a non-starter. Punishment? Depends on how you mean. I remember one of Jeff's models said her dad used to punish her by tickling wen she was a kid instead of corporal punishment. Dunno how effective it'd be. Probably not very.

8. Do you usually have the soles completely immobilized when you tickle their soles, so that they cannot wiggle their feet? Yep, usually in stocks with their big toes tied together and back.

1. I like to tickle the whole foot. I like to start out lightly petting the soles and go on from there.
