I do 🙂 Italian food is definitely a specialty, but I also do a little greek, a little homestyle, not so much frence and not so much making... main courses and a few select desserts... and of course, I can grill like a champion 😛

Haha I aim to please, ma'am 😛 I have three... Manicotti, italian sausage and peppers, and my alfredo sauce are all to die for 🙂 You can taste the passion in every bite :jester: All three have a matching wine.

Saying that Southern Food is the best food I make wouldn't shock you right?

I make biscuits from scratch and friends think I'm Paula Deen with an edge.

Hard to explain. I tend to put my own spin on things and add things that aren't the traditional southern. Plus I try to make the stuff I make healthier. Southern food isn't really known for being healthy. Ex. when I make biscuits I use whole wheat flour and substitute olive oil for butter or lard.

Haha no it's not... southern food is known for FRYING things :bwahaha: But I feel ya... When I do everyday cooking I usually try and cut back on the butter, but frankly, when I bring out the big guns (my romantic dishes :jester:) I go all out... It's SO bad for you, but I only cook those dishes every once in a blue moon... usually for someone special, no?

I can but I usually don't. I'm more into main courses, but I have been known to make a cheescake, a pie, or a cake cake in my day 😉 I need to get my grandma's recipe for canollis and try my hand at those one day...

P.S. - I want to eat your cake 😛
 
I use to have pictures of my cakes somewhere, but they must be on another computer.
 
you def know ur way to a womans heart. The more unhealthy the dish the more romantic it usually winds up being lol.

I'm going to a party in Murfreesboro with a bunch of my friends tonight. Tomorrow, I'm catching up on schoolwork.

nice relaxing weekend in mostly. But I have baked already and my cousin's kid's bday part 2mrw, as well as some church nursery working.

Dude Red Velvet is my favorite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is one of the cakes I love to make.
