Are you sure that you are totally not ticklish?
I have been sure to be not ticklish at all for several years, until I first met a girl that was somehow able to tickle me effectively (and she was not the last actually, I found a few more years later).

OK, here goes:

Neck=7 (cant really torture me with it, but definitely makes my knees weak)

I'm generally ticklish anywhere with skin, as the right touch can make me squirm out of control from anywhere. Despite the instructions, these rankings are somewhat relative, as I couldn't just put 10 for everything! lol
