I had that very weird idea I tought I'd mention...
Just to make sure you don't think I'm from another planet: I've only very recently bought my first "own" PC, I mean one that's used only by me (was using my parents old coal-fired pentium2 before I moved out). So it's still new and interesting for me to check out sites I wouldn't usually visit in broad daylight or with a chance of anyone popping in on me. In fact, besides mail I had only ever used the internet for school research and some news.
This forum is, of course, fun and mostly daylight-approved 🙂 But that big thread with all the rack pictures seems kind of right on the line that way. Now anything to do with those heavy stocks or (pillorys or what it's called) and a general "dark-and-creepy-dungeon-feeling" was bound to catch my eye. Don't ask me why, I'm just weird that way. Soooo yesterday night I started following some links in that thread and just googled stuff. Apparently there are tons of pictures and videos of a general reappearing theme called "damsel-in-distress". While having a name for some concept like this seems hilarious in itself, some of that stuff is really fun to look at. Not that I would want to try out everything I saw, but... exciting fantasies anyway.
And, finally beginning to get to my point in all this babbling, very close to that funny stuff on the web there is a lot of nasty stuff as well. I checked that out, too. Don't know why, I blame my dark mood and the bad food I had earlier. Anyway, I came across some video clips of a site called "hogtied", where women in some dungeon were actually being tortured. Didn't get them from the original site though, looks like you have to somehow pay money to download things there, which I certainly wouldn't do. Big plus for the very creepy dungeon and there was some tickling, but some of the other stuff they did was just plain disgusting. However, the last setting of those clips was always a little interview with the girl, after they had a shower and were comfortable again. It was very nice and relaxed and sort of "what did you like most, what scared you the most" and so on. So, it kind of proved that the women had volunteered for that dungeon stuff. I'm still not sure if something like that is actually legal, but it certainly made me feel a little better about having watched the videos.
Surely the whole thing is much less worrysome with tickling. But even here, there is a lot of tying-up involved. Also, it is called tickle"torture" for a reason...
And there, finally, is something like a point: Is it legal to post that sort of media on the internet when it's not obvious that everyone shown is participating of his/her own free will? And even if it is, do you ever bother about it? If you do, how do you know it's just show or if someone is actually suffering? I mean, the best pictures are those where the victim is looking genuinely scared or distressed while being tickletortured on the rack or whatever. Because then the apparent reality makes it easier to imagine myself in a position like that. But what if it really is real distress??
Don't know, maybe I'm just not getting enough sleep... Sorry the post got this long. I should go to bed anyway, gotta be at university tomorrow :dead:
