Given that this is the Internet and I can't check their I.D.-- there is no way of knowing for sure. They look young (that might be why the mods removed the pic for the other guy). Still, most college girls look young when you get down to it. This is a risk anyone faces in posting photos. These girls are not toddlers. They are at least teenagers. But no, I can't vouch for their specific ages beyond that.

I don't remember when or where I downloaded the pic. I put it, like the other photos in this thread, in a folder I set aside for college "hazing" kind of stuff with bondage or tickling. I wouldn't have put it in there if the pic hadn't been represented to me as being just that-- college girls. Looking at it right now, I honestly can't be sure. They could be college age. They could be just below college age. In any event, I do not post underage pics (to the best of my knowledge, anyway). Therefore, I took this one down myself just now.
