"RED" (M/F, Sexy)

It seems the world passed me by. After some odds and alibis, it is time to officially declare myself (cough) a “digital artist.” Somehow, there is a need to evolve too. Here is another art I have done without the use of ink and pencil. It’s bloody FUN. So I called it “Red.”

I really like the elements here; sexual angst, visceral sweat, the clever use of hanging cloth to show the palpable hardness of the nipple. The textures and colors and line work are painterly and free. Commendable command of your new medium, Bo! I bestow a upon your excellence. 😉

What a randy little piece this newest is, with the tongue-sampling of nipples and fingering of nether regions! Your mastery of this new medium (something that I confess has defeated me… I doubt I'll ever draw anything without pen and paper) has freed up your style considerably! The amorphous, swirling background pattern… a silky scarlet, appropriately… seems more a dizzying reflection of the participants state of mind than any sort of material representation! And the textures are wonderful… the sheer, translucent quality of the lady's undies would be most daunting to attempt with old-fashioned techniques! Hope that you try out these hard-won skills on a comix project… the results could be overwhelming!

This drawing is an exercise to see if I can get close to my old pencil/ink on paper approach. The vector lines are intended to be thinner, but because I want to let the color finish it more. It is the lace patterns that I worked more carefully, and I assigned its base layer with a certain transparency to let the skin be a bit visible. It means it also has my old digital coloring technique but at least the lines are not anymore in ink. And yes, I will keep on doing this digital approach more.
