Hey guys I am not dropping it.
I do the right thing (not stealing) for the sake of doing the right thing, not for coupons or discounts or to kiss some producer's ass.
That is the problem.
Welcome to the TMF. Given your post count and join date, a little bit of a history lesson for you.
Here's this subforum, from five years or more before you registered:
http://www.ticklingforum.com/forumdisplay.php?172-Drew70-s-Scan-Archive It's quite the collection of scanned pictures from magazines and the like, some from before the advent of the internet, others after. Obviously, the behavior of Drew70 was advocated, which is made even more stark against the backdrop that he's banned from the TMF not because of posting these materials, but because of conduct with other members.
There are definitely others. You see, the TMF was founded upon the backdrop of sharing media. It came along, and people networked and put all that forbidden material out there, whether it was for historical preservation, or simply to get their rocks off. It's been used for tape trading. It's been used to house video archives of materials from companies that are long dead that charged fifty bucks a pop to see two people fake it. Or not fake it.
Look at the side bar of this site. Or the top of it. Look at the video section, which once was a few producers, and now is completely choked full of top shelf tickling video producers and even more pretenders. That's free advertising. Free traffic. Some give a few images for their videos. Others ten second previews. Others more. And through it all, we're all supposed to pretend that not a single one of us is without sin, that we'll all pay ten bucks a pop, or fifteen, or twenty, or twenty-five, based on a few pictures and a little preview. Here's another bit of information for you; porn is the most pirated thing there is, and has been since people had VHS tapes. And it hasn't stopped. It moves technology. It keeps going whether Limewire gets shut down, or Megaupload. Let's all act like the most terrible crime there is is stealing pornography, because it's a new thing.
Here's the thing; the major producers, they get their clips stolen. Uploaded. Torrented. I am sure it hurts their bottom line. But you know what? Their businesses are strong, their strategies are sound, and their model selection and content doesn't have them on this forum, which streamlines their customers to them without any out of pocket expense, bitching and moaning and crying because bitching and moaning and crying is going to negatively impact their own brand. The only one who has done it with any level of success is Stryker, and he changed his business platform to accommodate that.
Welcome to the digital age. You know what piracy did to music? It created iTunes and Amazon Music and did away with album prices near twenty dollars for twelve songs, only two of which were hits. Those that can't evolve in that sphere can't deal with it. Oh well. Studios and television shows are pirated all the time. End result? Breaking Bad was pulling in blockbuster numbers for its final season. Those that change to market adaptations make money.
The top shelf producers are who they are because they made themselves into that, and their customers buy into it. If we all got a silver dollar for every two bit start up who whines and bitches and moans about not covering costs because people don't buy and instead pirate, it has a lot more to do with their shitty lighting or shitty camera work, or the shitty bondage, or the not so great models. Or maybe it is because they don't know how to properly market themselves and build a brand identity that is worth watching, let alone steal, let alone buy.
You're a year too late for your arguments of moral hazard. It's hilarious to state this, but in this thread, it's you who is the problem. Take the naive act someplace else, and if you are just a puppet account for some producer who wishes to remain nameless and vent, nobody cares, and nobody is going to care, so perhaps make a better product that will compel people to buy it from you.
