I do not wish to "ram" anyone else's views; Similiarly, I do not desire my own to be ker-slammed by some of the self-righteous. My comment about M/M stories was not homophobic at all; Merely a comparison to what some, not necessarily others, find interesting to read. My main theme and point here, folks, is that, with scant few exceptions, this is a story forum. Am I really to believe someone tickled Britney Spears or the cast of Buffy? No, I am not, and neither would anyone else. It's fantasy writing in a fetish form (and, for that matter, forum).

As for changing my content JUST to suit others, I regret that will not occur. If I do change it, it will be because I choose to compose other sorts of story and storylines. Conforming one's own views or compromising one's freedoms in effort to satisfy a few noisemakers is a dangerous proposition.

Being a public forum, it would be sensible to post something at least some of the audience will find "palatable".

The comments might sound blunt or self righetous, but what's the point in posting something and getting a flame from it?

I don't care about righteousness when I post. I care about "popularity". Unless you are trying to prove a point here, you should be interested in it too.

Stories are meant to entertain people and show your prose. If for some reasons they get tepid reactions, it would be a waste of energy trying to make the readers like them.

Unless - again - you are trying to prove a point instead of just trying to post a story. 🙂


Since your prose is good and just the sib-sex idea made the readers uncomfortable, it seems much easier to me to just change the characters, instead of changing all the readers. 😀

Keep the stories coming and leave the relatives out. 😉

Really. If you want to post a story about slaughtering bunnies then hey, more power to you. But don't expect anyone to want to read it.
If you really want to make your point then go right ahead and post all the sibling erotica you like.
It depends on if your goal is to write something for the sake of having something up here or to write somehting that other people will actually read.
I'm afraid if you keep posting this stuff eventually people will see your name as the poster and just avoid the thread entirely.

Ok, not that I desire to have this back and forth crap go on forever, because I don't. BUT, people who put these teenage-type add-ons to their messages only open themselves up for critique. Take note of the last one, stating "Music expresses that which cannot be said and that which cannot be silenced".

Do my views regarding freedom of writing and not "penning for the masses" fit the above-referenced statement? When there is equal squeamish, there is no squeamish.

As for posting any type of stories that "people want to read", unless the board has a section entitled "what people want to read" and "want they don't", nobody's to know what is and what isn't "readable". To restate, I, for one, find a lot of the celebrity-type stories to be complete, utter garbage; Same with the incessant "teacher foot tickling" and the like. Maybe if people had a HINT of originality, I wouldn't submit the types of stories that I have. Someone has to make this moderately interesting and varied, or else, each and every story will be a confluence of "My teacher, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, my mom, next door neighbor, and Shania Twain were at school one day...". Bo-ring.

Let's get some type of variety in here, huh? Not saying my submissions (I can change those), but, for God's sakes, people...Can it with the repeated foot and celebrity tales.

If you have any PROFESSIONAL reference to music at all, (which I doubt) you would know that this quote does not apply to the inappropriate (my opinion) story that you've written.

Bottom line: The story is sick, I havn't read 1 good review with total praise to this story. So dont jump out at me because I pointed out the obvious. And if you dont like the back and forth? DONT REPLY!! Simple as that! Take your own advice and don't let "this back and forth crap go on forever". No one likes the story. Accept it. Move on. I have nothing against you as a person, it's just the story. Just like you said. It's only a story. I was hoping you'd written another one by now, with hopefully some few changes. Give up this argument. No one likes it? Ok!! Move on!! Write another story! No one likes that one? So be it. Just dont include me in your disappointed rant about how everyone dislikes this story. You say other write bad stories. Please stop it. It is serves NO purpose.
Those who liked them, will still like them, despite all, and won't really notice.

This is not high literature. These are just fantasies - related to a very chaste fetish, I'd like to add.

Tickling for many, here, isn't even all that sexual. It's just fun. And if you fail to accept that - and keep saying it's just all the same perverted thing - you are really missing the point.

This story was a little too wierd for me. The whole brother sister vibe turned me off a little bit. I think the problem is that tickling is a turn on or almost a sexual arousal or fantasy to many on these boards. Therefore thinking of your sibling in that nature doesn't relate. I am not saying that the author thinks of his / her sibling in this matter, but I think this is why alot of negativity is developing over this story.

My final comment on the postings and my story is this: Apparently, even those who were "against it" found the time and energy to not only read it, but, maintain 4 pages of posts and replies. Regardless of the content, I have found many stories in here to be poorly done, chock full-o typos (when will anyone online learn that TO does not mean also? Is it so hard to plug in that extra O, making it the proper TOO?). So, for Kalamos to issue such ultimatums as he did above is ridiculous.

All I did was respond to comments; I didn't create them. Maybe people need to look a little inward before playing supreme moral ruler? I, for one, have never insulted anyone for not liking what I submit; Rather, a scant few others have done so to my writings. But, as stated before, if I substituted "teacher" for sister, and "student" for the brother, things would be peachy-stinking-keen.

In the future, I encourage people to read whatever I submit with the same open mind as they may review other items in this forum. As for content, well...Just gonna have to see, won't we?

Nobody is looking for an argument. You submitted a story to a public forum and recieved public opinion. When someone writes a book and it doesn't sell for a particular reason or reasons, the author doesn't send letters to the readers telling them why they should like it. They take the constructive criticism and use it to make their next book more appealing to the people that will be reading it- because after all, if you have no audience, what's the point of writing on a public forum?

We aren't saying that you don't have talent. You do. The story structure was great. The relationship was unacceptable. Simply change the relationship of the characters in your stories. Resistance to change will only make people avoid your stories more and will make you look sicker because you will be writing about sister lust on a public forum for nobody but yourself.

this is terrible that someone is messing with the wonderful Iluv2btickled there is no call for that. she has never posted anything but great, intelligent and very honest post. to attack her is attacking me brother and that is not a good thing. why can't you admit that you wrote a story that was not in everyone's taste here. there is nothing wrong wit that. if you keep making a issue then you could get banned from this site and worse people will hate you because you are taking your rage out on young, beautiful, innocent people. now my advice to you is not to take the critism personal and stop attacking people on thi s site. We have often been the recipients of the hahahaha sameness criticism and we understand where you are coming from. In our stories, we have tried to introduce other fetishes. But incest is not relative tickling, incest is where sexual interest in family members exists. If that's your thing, then we are happy for you. In this forum, we have received positive and negative posts. Someone no posts. You have to accept this is what happens when you post. Personally, if they were step brother and step sister ala Marcia and Greg Brady, the response may have been different. But most people on the forum do not find incest sexy. While we did not enjoy this story as it was a little much for us, we do applaud you for trying and urge you to give and receive that is, rather than critise other stories except when merited and then feels slighted your own work is questioned, learn to learn from others and to accept others and you feel find others will do not to you. First off, just being nice, I LOVE the entire style of your story - and most of the content.
If you're debating against all these other people for the strong incest implications, that's your deal; and the voice of the majority isn't always wrong, so you should at least take note of the mass detest of your story. Ex. if the majority were all sociopaths just about anything they approve of would be heinous, immoral and wrong. (Note this is an example of when the majority would not be right, unlike the plethora of retorts you've received thus far from this topic.)
If you plan on continuing to post incestuous stories, or ones at least with strong implications of such, then please verify a warning at THE BEGINNING that this is between siblings and may not be desired for the mass public. That at least, would be the responsible thing to do. If not then you can always specify (or change) how they're related; possibly they're step-siblings and not biologically related at all.
Just before you go bashing anyone else for disliking your content please be advised that there was no initial warning, as there have been for more things relative (but not quite) of this nature. That lets people know whether to stop reading initially, or continue if they wish. I only kept reading because I was under the assumption that it was between step-siblings, though still slightly inappropriate not incestuous in the least. If you only make this clear then possibly you won't be at the biting end of comments loathing your content, which I kinda' do, still being unaware of their relationship with each other. DEFINITELY if they're blood-related, less if they're related by marriage (of their parents, and not them. That fact would only verify incestuous thoughts).
Just put in a warning, then people will read or not - is all
