Early this morning, my beautiful mom lost her valiant battle with cancer. her positive attitude, and fighting spirit, gave her the power to last about 9 months longer than Doctors gave her, letting her make it through the holidays, her birthday, and mothers day. she is, and will always be my role model and hero.

sorry i just saw this post, my deepest condolences to you and your family!!! she is at peace now and you have to carry on as she would want you to. i lost my mom 2 years ago in April and there isn't a day goes by i don't miss her terribly!!! if you ever need to vent or chat pm me and i'll get back to you as soon as i can.

Yes, life does go on. But you'll have to figure out and get used to going on without her. That's a major void in your life so please take good care of yourself during this time of mourning.

I just now saw this, apologies for the delay. I'm very sorry for your and Paristickler's loss, aswell as everyone else here that has lost a loved one, I to lost my mom in August of 2014 to cancer aswell. It's a very rough/tough thing to have to do, thats for certain. There just isn't anything in the world like a momma. You and your whole family have my deepest heartfelt sympathy and condolences. Always remember tho...it's the living that have to suffer...no more pain for any of our mom's or loved ones...
