Oh i managed, now i'm just stuck with Minch and protecting the photographer

For the Photographer, her enemy happens to be waiting for her by pretending to be a worker in a "relaxing" place in the city. One that involves laughter over moans of pleasure to get away with the crime. 🙂

Wait...you got into that "strange atmosphere" clearing?? That's about the only thing I haven't been able to do (besides beat the shrine, which I'm guessing is level related). I'd appreciate a PM to tell me how to at least get that started.

Something tells me this is story driven, and as such he already went through the untranslated parts of the castle. If not, I'm curious how the clearing was gotten into too.

Possibly. I limped along to nearly the end, using Google translate before Xtreme released the latest translation and never found anything. BUT, I had missed the photographer for the trial (I didn't translate everything because I was too lazy to type it all in), so maybe it is something for after the castle. I'm more curious than anything, is all.

You got me wrong, what i wanted was to know if anyone has already DONE those things, but from what you say, you're way further thn me. My to-do list includes: (status: not entered the palace yet, but talked to the guard and theoretically could)
- I haven't entered the clearing
- I haven't done anything with the crystal
- I haven't defeated Tickleya
- I haven't opened the portal between the shrine and the longears village
- I haven't found a 3 milllion slavegirl
- I haven't completed the armpit trial in the P.F.
- I HAVE however finally defeated kraken, the many fairies in the swamp and Minch
- I'm pretty sure there is no catching up with the longears-girl that always runs yet

Like I said, once i'm positive i got most of the stuff i can at this point, i'll do a full-blown f.a.q. on this game if anyone is interested and Screamer is ok with the idea

Actually i've caught and tickled Fable (the longears who runs away).

When I got to the school, I didn't like the bully girl from the second she piped up. Which is why I loved it when Alice snapped. 🙂

The one thing that kills me the most is that I know the translation stopped right before the harem. AGH!! I want belly dancers and bellybuttons! lol

Well so far so good, Screamer and Xtreme. I'm very much looking forward to the rest of the game.

On a side note: Xtreme, are you planning to go back through and make sure everything is translated? I've come across some bits that are still italian. If not, I really don't think it'll make any difference.

OK, Fable is tickled, all is well, and during my search, i found some empty places i hadn't found before, which is good. Next up: levelling to beat tickleya, since that is the last real hunch on sidequests i got...

the maid in the BPZ is not translated, which is unfortunate, but only a minor disturbance, since she is basicaly only a mentor, too (i hope)

This game is HARD xD. Can't beat any random encounters since the Alaurune Swamp (unless I waste my preciousss Tonics) and can't beat most bosses... last sidequest boss i fought made me run out of tonics.

I fear I'll have to grind... but that means retreating a good deal =P. But all right. Need money for better ekips and Tonics.

Ok, I'm now pretty sure all of those things CANNOT be done before entering the castle:

-Entering the clearing north of Patsu
-Interacting with the crystal near Patsu
-Beating Tickleya without hours and hours of training (admit it, screamer, we shouldn't at that point)
-Doing something useful in the waterfall-screne east of the goddes shrine, the portal west of the shrine, or the woodlands north of the sand village
-Getting a massage in Hane
-Passing the Armpit challenge at the Pink Feather
-Interacting with the twins at the same place
-Finding a 3 mil.-Slavegirl
-Entering the Harbor (the next part, maybe)

I'm off playing the palace now, since i noticed that my latinum 101 helps me infintely, combined with google it takes me only slightly longer than reading english 😛, and if i can do anything of those after the palace, you'll find our first

Try leveling up a little!

Why it is really all about your level, I personally did it after the academy...
level 13-15 should be enough to do it, i prefer the gun you can buy at Hane as a weapon:
first round, take out the first fairy (normal tickling, spots won't work
second round, heal and pray you survive
afterwards, just heal and after the turn, check your life total. If it is over 70, Attack!!! this fight obviously gets easier with every fairy you dispose off, but whatever you do, as long as your life total is not the number of fairies x 8, don't attack, heal. Since sometimes, the fairies attack before you act, in fact, the whole healing is only possible because sometimes, the fairies won't attack after, but before you heal (a definitely good thing)

Of course, all of that will be in my f.a.q. come saturday or sunday morning

Just do it :stickout Viper already did, and he was the most aggressive "NO TALKING CUZ I'M NOT PLAYING YET!" guys here lol. Of course now he is annoyed because the translation stops JUST short of any bellydancer luvin. You'll like it on this side, truuussst meeeee.
