Well, I do not take kindly to threats. I am a peaceful man by nature, and I already figured out that being smited would result in perishing. However, be that as it may, I have grown attached to my user name and to posting here. With that in mind, I do wish to maintain the peace in this forum, as shown in my signature of choice at the moment, therefore I say we let bygones be bygones, and that my comment was meant as a jest, and nothing more. If an apology is what you seek, then I will do so, but enough blood has been shed in this thread. I'll add no more to it, and I hope you will do likewise.

"Working blue" is an old show business term. Young stand-up comics often use off-color material (also called "blue" material... don't ask me why) because they know it's a sure-fire audience pleaser. Older, more established (and thus less daring) show bizz types will get on their high horse to bemoan this practice with the standard line, "I hate to see the kids working blue". That's the legend, anyway.

And thanks for acknowledging my 1000th! Only took me twice as long as it took you! Thanks too for the thread suggestion, but I'm gonna forego. I'm not really that big on milestones. Besides, considering the time I spent getting here, there's nothing terribly remarkable about it.
