I wasn't going to do one of these, but I'm running out of new threads to post on and I still wanna talk to people. I'll have plenty to say if you ask me stuff 🙂

So please, go ahead. 🙂

How long have you lived in the states?

What do you like most about TMF?

How long have you lived in the states?

As of October 4th, 13 years. Since 1996.

What do you like most about TMF?

The people! Never even bothered with any of this much until a few weeks ago. I was one of those guys who came on to look at a couple pictures and satisfy a fantasy life. Now I see why those free sites like Camp Tickle no longer really exist much. It's more fun to talk to other ticklephiles.

Which part of Scotland are you from?

Which part of Scotland are you from?

The northeast coast, a small town south of Aberdeen called Laurencekirk.

What's your opinion of Lagavulin? 😀

I'm possibly the only Scotsman who gets nauseous at the mere smell of Whiskey. I hate the stuff, but you should try Old Fettercairn if yu can find an imported bottle. The distillery was like 5 miles from my hometown.

Do you wear a kilt and play the bagpipe? 😀 😛

You bastard. j/k. My uncle plays the accordion, does that count? And one of the many 'lone pipers' that plays on top of Edinburgh castle lived in my hometown before he died. Never worn a kilt in my life. Always wanted to, but real ones cost thousands. That's why we rent them like tuxedos to weddings. And yes I do plan on wearing one to my wedding, if such a thing ever happens.

I know, I've tried multiple times. Not a big drinker. I will drink on social occasions, but that's about it. If I have to drink liquor then I prefer Stolichnaya vodka. 🙂

You're from Scotland? Wow, that makes you even more AWESOME in my book!!! :bubbleheart:

So when did you first discover this love of tickling? Did you have an epiphany moment at some point in your life and have you always been a tickle enthusiast? 😀

Thank you. 🙂 Do you know my first day delurking I mentioned you when I posted on that 'people I would most like to meet' thread. I also said on some thread that if I know you were going to a gathering that I was going to as well, I'd bring you an autographed Callisto pic. I have quite a few that sit and do nothing. You're awesome.

When I was a small child, not knowing a thing about sex, I remember this embarrassed feeling when seeing tickling in a cartoon show, etc. And even today I somehow have strange stigma with saying the word 'tickle' and especially 'tickling' out loud, even to myself. Never truly understood that. I can't remember having any actual fantasies until I was 14 and had smoked weed for the first time. Then I just kinda laid back and started imagining a girl from school named Aileen, whom I had a bit of a crush on, in some sort of sci-fi tickle machine. Since then they just became more elaborate, but like near everyone else, I thought I was the only person who liked this and thought that there was something wrong with me. Then, soon after coming to this country and getting a computer, I found the tickle community. I wondered if what I had was something people called a 'fetish' so I sort of absent-mindedly did a search for 'tickle fetish' on Yahoo. That's when I found Solefully Yours and the rest of the community. 🙂

How long has it been since you've had haggis?

Autographed Callisto pic? My God, I would love you forever. :bubbleheart: :woot2: I'm so glad you came out of your shell, though. You really do have a wicked sense of humor, especially in the battleship feet thread. 😀

I'm glad you don't feel so alone anymore. We were all in the same boat as you when we first began wondering what it all meant. lol Funny how you don't feel like a freak anymore when you find a group of other "freaks" to converse with. 😛

Do you like the US better than Scotland or vice versa?

Congrats on de-lurking! I've enjoyed many of your posts 😀

What is your favourite sport/team?

GIRLIES!!! :woot2:

...and kered...and leafstk 😉

Do you currently play any sports?

You're subtly checking if I'm buff or not! :neenerneener: Nah, not a sporty guy. My metabolism's too fast - I'd waste away, unless I ate a cow per day.

What's your favorite season?

Although most seem to love Autumn, I find it kinda depressing, which deepens over the winter. I love Spring. The climate becomes just perfect, the green starts to come back, my mood just lifts away and I float on air for a few weeks. It's great. Summer's good in it's own way...it appeals to my voyeuristic perv gene in that there are flipflops galore. Otherwise in this part of the country Summer's just sun-storm-sun-storm-sun-storm...so spring!

How long has it been since you've had haggis?

Most likely, a past life. I defend the haggis...I tell people who turn up their noses at the sheep's stomach thing that the sausages they love so much are also encased in intestinal tract...however I will not eat the haggis, for it resembles a giant turd in a bag...

Thank you again! Especially on the sense of humor thing. The RL friends I make never seem to laugh at me. 🙁 And nobody's a freak here, except maybe that guy who did the myspace stalker thread that just got locked. I looked at his past posts and oh-my-god...

I like em both. My life in Scotland was childhood and high school. The skinny kid in a Scottish high school...well...I survived at least. But I miss the land and the traditions, the stories that the older people told etc. America is a fun place, I feel like I can stretch out and be me here. Domestically anyway. Nationally, your attitudes scare the living piss out of me. But I still love this place.

Congrats on de-lurking! I've enjoyed many of your posts 😀

What is your favourite sport/team?

Thank you, that's what I like to hear. I wanna be liked, but I don't want to come off as trying too hard. I've just been laid up for 4 days (3 more to go), so I've been on here kinda constantly.

I don't really care for sports. If I did, then (and this is talking from watching a long time ago) it'd have to be rugby...you know, American football without the 40lbs of armor, HAHA!! And the team would be the New Zealand All Blacks. Never mind how they play - if you've ever seen them do the haka (I think that's what it's called) - the Maori war dance, then you'd like them too. 🙂

And Amandabear, I've personally seen Michael Hurst (Iolaus from Hercules) dance the haka. Holy shit it was awesome. 🙂

Interesting! That's a cool sig pic, where did you get it? And should I ask why you call yourself a Filthy Weasel? 😀

Do you believe in this quote from Craig Ferguson?:

"I think all of Scottish Cuisine was based on a dare!"

I found the sig pic deep within google images. It came from some web forum dated 2007 and was going on a guy's racecar. If that's against any rules and the moderator tells me I'll remove it cause it wasn't with any permission. But it was posted publicly so I considered it up for grabs.

The filthywesel thing was when I worked for a local pet store when I first came to this country. It's what one of my co-workers called the ferrets...as a term of endearment. He loved em.

This is my philosophy on Scottish food. Food that is bad for you tastes good, and Scotland has the highest rate of heart disease per-capita than anywhere else on earth, or at least used to. So it's delicious. Go there and order a fish supper (fish & chips) from a chip shop, and watch over the course of minutes as the grease turns the layers of newspaper it's wrapped in transparent. Basically it comes from the last few generations. The life was hard..that's what gave my people their character, and many worked laborious jobs in the cold, so that sort of food did people good back then.

Hey Weasel. This is awesome. And you were worried this would get buried. 🙂 Have faith in the TMF my friend. It will come to you if you open up to it. How do you like your thread so far?
