I do like to read, but I'm sadly a slow reader, and when I'm alone reading at home I have this awful tendency to fall asleep. So it's usaully at work during lunch breaks. I like escapism, so I rarely read anything that isn't fantastic in some way. Although i did read 'No Country for Old Men' a while before the movie came out and it was hard to put down. So I would consider Cormac McCarthy to be one of them. I'm always in the mood for a laugh so Terry Pratchett is a huge favorite. Right now I'm reading Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child's stuff for a little thriller variety. And although I've not read much of his work in years, Clive Barker is an all time favorite, although his stuff can get a little overly sexual for my tastes, especially when the surreal fantasy/horror gets thrown in the mix at the same time. It's like reading a David Cronenberg movie.

Bugger all. Actually I like to watch the usual...Dexter, The Tudors, the only real network show I've started to watch is Fringe.

Oh and Ninja Warrior. That show makes me glad TV exists.

Fuck no, city drivers don't know what road rules even are! The shoulder is not a shortcut for getting to the front of the line. And I will not let them in no matter how much they risk trading paint to aggressively squeeze their way between me and the guy in front of me. They can wait their damn turn like the rest of us.

LOL! I hear ya 😀 That's a big reason why I moved from Toronto to Niagara... the traffic was just too much. Road rage everywhere and my blood pressure couldn't take it, hahaha However, though the traffic is not nearly as much of a concern out here... where people learned to drive IS!

Was pretty good. I'm still buzzing from talking to my first ever fellow ticklephile on the phone last night. Got out and drove around a little. A friend came over and hung out for a wee while. Not too bad a day.

Until a few days back, Bella's never even occurred to me, till I got to know Skipadee and she told me about it. It sounds a tad more of an intimate setting too, would have been perfect for a first-timer like myself.
