I only ever really collected was one called Preacher. Got it all from beginning to end. A little too brutal for kids, a little too blasphemous for Christians, but freaking awesome! haven't really collected comics since. I read for story's sake, not to gawk at superheroes or Gen-13 girls.

I believe that members of the government, especially over the last 8 years, and during the Reagan era, did a lot of underhanded stuff to line their own pockets and control public opinion, protecting the acquisition of vast amounts of money over the lives of its own people. I mean it's America, the dollar sign commands more fanatical loyalty here than the crucifix. All the clandestine stuff that conspiracy theorists talk about? Some ideas are interesting, but conspiracy implies that there's a plan behind it, and keeping aliens etc. a secret forever with no planned result for it, is kinda pointless, unless it was the technology for a last resort weapon to use against a potential enemy. Besides, watching that crackpot old guy with the state trooper shades and ball cap on UFO Hunters spew his utterly idiotic theories in front of the camera kinda makes conspiracy theorists look even sillier.

No I didn't know that. I respect everyone's opinion and musical choice of course. I just spent a lot of time in Louisiana some years back and a night out down there usually meant bloody line-dancing. And my god I wanted to kill Travis Tritt, or shave his damn head, one or the other.

😀 I have drank Mountain in, god, five years. Mainly because I was some problems and when I cut it out, I realized that I was sensitive to caffeine.

I don't play then, but I do like them. That was our secret weapon during the British Empire. They'd see an army led by guys in skirts, wearing 2-foot high black hairy hats, each carrying a screaming octopus under one arm. Not a soul on earth that wouldn't run for the hills when that was coming... 😛

Well, from what the show The Universe says, they tested the shape of space itself with lasers and angles that formed a perfect triangle, proving it to be flat. However, I still am a firm believer that it is an impossibly vast hypersphere, so slightly curved that it only appears flat. If that is the case then every point in the universe is the center. So yeah, if that theory is correct then you are right, we are all at the center of everything. Even if the universe is flat, and actually infinite, then as there are no boundaries, everywhere is the center again. As I really don't believe the universe has an edge, every other theory points to the fact that you are right.
