Part of the reason I suggested Seattle Center House. Lots more security, lots more light. I feel much safer there than on Capital hill.

But it appears I'm out voted.

Yeah, I 2nd that! I live on capitol hill...only about 5 blocks from this coffee shop.... theres a lot more people and a lot more light than if you were walking downtown in a park after dark 😉 Broadway is a pretty safe street to walk on.

I think that's a great start. I have designs on attending one day, but this weekend I had to write a term paper! Glad to see you guys got together for a chat!
 
Tickled Pink: Julie and I discussed having an all women tickle party. I think that maybe gatherings will be easier for us women to feel comfortable if we have a "safety net" as it were of girl friends attending. I was rather nervous going by myself but having Julie meet me at the ferry really helped me to feel comfortable.
