I do love seeing the shorts, tops, skirts, sundresses, sandaled and bare feet, and painted toenails that burst into view during spring and summer.

The heat index here has hovered between 105 and 120 degrees for the past several weeks. However, the number of barefoot girls more than makes up for summer heat.
