kis123, that is kind of you to say; I would have settled for "nice" but you added "very" twice!
ViperGTS, I would not aim as much for getting in shape as I would just developing good habits, namely eating well and daily exercise. Lay off the soda/sweet beverages, drinking water instead, for example. Shoot for 30 minutes a day of physical activity - in other words, give up one television program! See where that gets you and take it from there.
Please note that I am not passing myself off as some fitness nut. Between family and work demands, I am lucky to average 30 minutes a day exercising.
