Okay. Sort story made even sorter. I run store. Store has 12 video cameras. Cameras watch cashiers, product shelves, doorway, backroom, and storage cabinent. Store has sign.
Sign says, "If in need of charity, ASK"! Sign also says, "shop lifting not tolerated". Store employees given excellent pay (start out at $10.00 an hour). Store make good business. Raises given every 3 months. Employee's in need are told come tell me if in financial trouble and I help.
Employees treated as family. Fiften employees fired for each stealing from store three times in row. Sixteenth employee attempts to steal from cashier. I tell him his pay docked and two more times he does this he gets fired and charges pressed. Moron employee attempts same idiot feat again.
I tell him his pay now minimum wage and he is being watched (aka cameras have him flagged - gotta love name tags with transmiters on them). Moron employee gets even more moronic. He sets my car on fire to distract me. He then goes into backroom. He turns off power. He steals all cash from registers. He forgets doors won't open without power.
He heads for backroom (to go out cargo unloading exit). He forgots no power/no cargo exit. He tried fire alarm exit. Fire alarm is set. He runs. He gets caught. He now in prison. Enough evidence to bury him alive twice over then build a rocket and fly him to freakin moon. I tell all employees this. Leave out name tag transmiter/camera security system part (trade secret).
3 days later, I come in store. Windows broken. Cameras shut off. Stuff and cash from registers gone. All 7 employees rob and vandalize me blind. They take camera feed tapes from my office. They forget to take extra camera feed tape in backroom (hidden behind door labled storage which is locked). They are caught. Now 8 employes are in jail. My insurance gives me compensation. Why this happen? FFY SMASH!
