I hate snow and I hate snow in April even more.

Today's Yankee home opener has been postponed because of snow.

It is slushy and watery outside.

Only a bit of snow actually fell, but it was just enough to screw things up.

There might even be more snow for our area into next week.

Thankfully, we in the Midwest are spared a crapload of the white stuff. I did have to brush a dusting of snow off my windshield before heading to work today, but the high today was only 31 freaking degrees, IN APRIL? I thought spring started in late March, you know, warming up to the 50s, and staying there!!

Today is a cold , pouring rain in NYC.

In spite of this, the Yankees are playing their game at Yankee Stadium.

Heavy rain is forecast again tomorrow, with perhaps even some thunder
