Stomach fat is the most unhealthiest area to have fat, for most all health reasons.
Actually... being fat doesn't mean a person is unhealthy. Having excess fat just puts people at more
risk for health problems... just like being blonde puts a person at more risk for developing cancer. Having fat around the stomach isn't good because sometimes the fat envelopes your organs. However, if a person has a layer of muscle between their organs and the fat, it's not as bad.
Truth be told- I find many doctors biased when it comes to weight and of course personal trainers are going to be biased as well. Personal trainers and weight loss programs are supposed to make you feel bad about yourself so you keep coming to the gym and spending money.
-.-'' Money grubbing corperations! *shakes fist*
And just because someone looks thin doesn't mean they're healthy. But, Sadis, just because you're BMI says you have 1/3 body fat doesn't mean that you're fat. ^_^ It just means you should replace some of that weight from fat cells with muscle.
Kop: Yes, it's crazy. What I hate is that the media pushes "be thin" instead of "be healthy." >.< Plus the way that fat people are shown in movies and such (lazy, smelly, stupid, unclean, et cetera) means that there is a discrimination against heavier people.
So, as I say almost every day-
You are beautiful! Love yourself! 😍
P.S.- Tim-san! I'm a naughty girl. ^_~
