Clothes to last at least the number of days you'll be there, toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), any personal items you wanna bring, toys, and some snacks just in case.
Then again, that's how I pack, and I'm a dude, so you may or may not have a more complex task ahead of you, just depending on how much stuff you have/need.

Also a bathing suit or two; the pool at the hotel is adults-only after (I think) 10 PM, plus there's a jacuzzi.
