My right ankle is strong enough to do gentle phys on right now, but not for running marathons or doing something that requires balance and strength in one leg, like Tae Kwon Do. It probably won't be fully healed until June/July. HMG was kind enough to let me be a bit slack-arsed on parts of the course that required a lot of physical activity. By the end there were several blokes asking me to break THEIR ankle so they could go the same!
