The average person does not realize how much EFFORT it takes to keep in such good shape. You can't eat super tasty junk food! You have to work out pretty much daily.

So true. Girls with a tummy like that have to be quite picky and carefull with what they eat. And work-outs have to be a regular part of their life. This is why I admire a slightly skinny and very firm body alot, it shows that the girl has got a very strong will and just looks great.
