Song: Pass or Fail?

Similar to the "Band: Pass or Fail?" thread, I feel that this one will be a little more fair because in the band thread, bands are judged either on the strength of one song or whether or not the next person posting has even heard of the band. Therefore, I will start this thread by posting a random song. The next person to post will say whether or not the song passes or fails and then post another song.
