Southern NH Gathering #2 August 7,8,9 2009

I'd like to come...but I was wondering, is this gathering "in addition to" or "instead of" the August munch in Boston? And do you know if there's a way to get to it without a car?

I don't know if there is a SNOB munch or not in August, but this is different from a munch. Lee and Amanda did the first So NH Gathering or NHLee last year in August and it was awesome.

Sarah and I definitely expect to be there. Can't wait.

Lee and I don't have a SNOB munch planned for August (possibly one
in June, and then another in late July or sometime in September). If
there is a Boston munch being advertised in August, it's not hosted by
us. All SNOB munches will be posted by either LeeAllure or Brighteyes1082.

The NH gathering is in Southern NH, and is only accessible by car, unless
we pick you up at an airport or bus station nearby. I know Greyhound
has buses that arrive into the Manchester airport. Last year, arranging
rides for everyone wasn't too big of a problem. We had so many with cars
that volunteered to help shuttle people.

Just a reminder, the gathering doesn't begin until Friday, August 7, and
will end on Sunday, August 9. 🙂 If you show up early, plan to be a part
of Team Yardwork!

Looks like it's shaping up to be another fun event 😉
We're going to be putting people who do NOT want
to stay at a local hotel at one of three houses (all
in the same town, 10 min or so away) so if you're ok
with it being like summer camp with sleeping bags
and bunking close to your friends, make sure to let
me know when you PM or email me. Also, if you want
to stay at a hotel, but are looking for or willing to
have a roommate, let me know that too, and I can
find someone willing to share.

Well I will be rooting for you all from the sidelines. Let me tell everyone, if you did not get a chance to go to NEST or other events...I went to NHLee last year. It was my first and a truly awesome experience. I highly recommend attending a smaller gathering like this if you are unsure about a large gathering like NEST.

I will not be able to attend this year. The dates coincide with my children living with me for the summer and as we all know, my little ones come first.

But if you can go.....GO!! You will never feel more comfortable and have a great bunch of people to meet.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to attend this one, as my family's reunion is scheduled for that same weekend. One weekend in the entire year and it had to be that one, go fig! Have a great time everybody.
