I'm starting to feel a bit better, have gotten over most of the shock.
I didn't at all feel like drawing or colouring or in any other way working on the comic for the first day... that has luckily also turned by.
So here's the next page...
Page 6: Case: "Upset or set-up?"
You see that the story keeps twisting... and turning and rolling over, etc. I bet that the turn of events in this page was most unexpected... and it probably raises the question: "How's Jen going to get out of THIS one?... or is she?" It is the last chapter (admittedly followed by one "extra" chapter, but I have not said anything about when on the time line that one takes place, so anything can happen...)
You'll have to be slightly patient for the two-page conclusion though because I'm currently thinking of publishing that in one go.
Stay tuned! All will be revealed before the week is over!

You will find out soon. Before that I may publish a little 'extra' though. In the meantime (during some lost minutes here and there) I've been doing some little sketches and worked them out bit by bit, creating what is in fact "Jen's Photo Album". You have seen one picture of it already as a 'sneak peek'.
The page is as good as ready, just needs to be scanned and coloured now. Jen's Photo Album is featuring some snap-shots of her progress from baby to teenager (and naturally will NOT contain any porn content as she's under-aged on that page, unlike in the rest of the comic).
Hehe... just wait till you see the conclusion, because there's something BIGGER around the corner.

About the next page... don't yet get too excited... the end of this story is likely way different than what you expected... In fact, I can almost guarantee that. As I said... the story keeps twisting, rolling over, etc... big stuff is on its way, but probably not the stuff that you THINK is coming.

Tickler Dae: And thanks for your compliments too! Did you know the "oh no" part in my nick name was put in there intentionally? And with this jewel I have a few extra comments. Oh, one of them being that each of these photos were taken before she turned eighteen... so don't expect to see anything inappropriate.
Photo 1: Right... That is probably one of the first pictures ever taken of baby Jen. A picture often tells more than a 1000 words they say... the same counts here, but what exactly DOES this picture say? That's a bit unclear. Was she abandoned, is she an orphan, or was she actually accidentally lost and picked up again by her worried mother the next day? -- I don't know. Do you?
Photo 2: Not much to say about this one, except that she's a couple years older and from the look of it just woke up and came out of bed, her teddy bear still tightly clutched in her hand.
Photo 3: A beach snap shot... and look at what happened to the poor girl's ice-cream? Don't you just want to go buy her a new ice-cream and dry her tears right away?
Photo 4: This is a little bit happier picture. Blowing an awful big bubble of chewing gum...
Photo 5: And we jump another couple years further. This is where she's a young teenager birthday-girl. For the first time she put on make-up (by herself with a little help of her friend Peggy) and she's going out to some disco. Teenagers don't want to be photographed that much, as you can see...

Bella Donna: Now there's quite the million dollar question, eh? But you're not getting the answer you would probably like to get. I knew this question was coming sooner or later and it is one of those questions I'm not giving a clear answer on. This is in fact quite much consistent with the comic itself, where a number of things remain a mystery. Was Jen as baby abandoned by her mother? What happened to the voodoo doll? It can be assumed that Peggy is a lesbian... what is Jen's relation ship with her exactly... are they just friends, or? How come her hair was a certain tint of purplish-blue for a long time and suddenly in her teenage years turns purple at the bottom? Is that dyed or natural, or are none of those colours natural? Questions, questions, questions. The funny thing is that when you see a blue-haired (or pink-haired or green-haired, etc.) manga character, nobody asks "is that hair natural colour or is it dyed"?
All I will do is add one more question to your list (grins). And that is by saying that the extra chapter which I will be publishing after this current one is called "Space Baby"... And I can promise you that THAT PAGE is the main reason that I included the tag "some violence" in the topic's title... because generally there's not a lot of violence if you take all the pages of the comic as an average... but things are focussed in the end.
