Thank you, Leenotler! I hope I didn't come across as whiny in my answer to Atlanta, because I'm really quite pleased with the numbers for this story, and the commentary has been both lively and generous (particularly yours!) I understand fully about not wanting to interupt the story's momentum. I really didn't anticipate a running response for this much material (nor, as you say, would it have been strictly desireable; your comic book ad comparison is quite apt). All the offered compliments are most deeply appreciated, however!
I'm glad you like the parallel plot lines; I've always favored this sort of involved storytelling, and could barely wait to get past the set-up stage to start cross-cutting! Ultimately, I'd like to start doing this in the Low Roads series as well. And thank you for your nice comments about the background photos! I have plenty of momentos from the show (old photos, props, promotional graphics, etc.) and eventually I'd like to fill up all the gaps with similar material.
So thank you for taking the time to write! Such encouragement is really energizing and makes the effort involved a joy to continue!
