Feel better Laurie~sinusitis is a real bitch. It doesn't bother my throat when I get it but it KILLS my head! Yep, the antibiotics should kick in at about 3 days....

During the day is tolerable but at night is the worst I actually find it hard to believe but I think the cause of me getting this cough is taking more than a few vitamin C caplets one day which I am not used to and from chatting with some other people,they told me that was the cause as everyone reacts differently to Vitamin C,that a person can have too much if their system isn;t used to it..Do you have any views on this,would you agree or disagree?? I thought Vitamin C was good and the more a person has would,could improve health,not deter it..

Laurie~Most people can safely take 2000 mg a day of vit C. I only take that much when I have a cold though. Normally, I just take a pre-natal vitamin as I'm anemic. You can easily OD on vitamins and it can be extremely dangerous hon.

Thanks for the info steph,I won;t be taking any vitamins in future..Now that the weather is turning warm and summer like,I will be getting out and spending time swimming which is a fave passtime of mine that is good exercise and also satisfies my love of seeing bare feet
