Plot Synopsis: Super Busty Babe has one of the Evil Twins already captured and chair tied. While the other twin attempts to free her villianous sister, Super Busty Babe grabs her from behind and chair ties her next to her sister. She tickle tortures their nylon covered feet until they give up the information about their secret weapon to destroy the city. Super Busty Babe must protect her city! The only problem is this: getting caught by Super Busty Babe was a part of their evil plan! Find out how and why in the twist ending of this clip. It's no wonder the Evil Twins are too happy to be caught!

Plot Synopsis: A young female driver is stranded. Her car broke down and her cell phone isn't working. She rings Charlee's doorbell and asks her if she could use her phone. Charlee invites her into the house and tells her to wait one second while she fetches the phone. The stranded driver waits patiently, fixing her hair in the hall mirror when Charlee sneaks up behind her and grabs her with rope. She drags her to the bed. She wraps the rope around her body with her arms to her sides and ties her nylon covered feet together. The stranded driver kicks and screams but she's helpless to Charlee's ticklish touches! She flails around trying to escape, kicking off her high heels in the process. With her nude sheer-to-waist pantyhose exposed, Charlee tickle tortures her nylon covered feet. She explains to her victim that she broke down in front of the wrong house today.
