It's a fake

I've seen the original and there are no feet stocks. Someone added them.

The feet don't look added to me, maybe the one you saw was cropped without the feet?

No, the feet are definitely added. They're a completely different image quality, and their angle doesn't seem to work at all.

As tempting as it is, the way the legs look compared to her torso gives us either two possibilities;
A. She has a average-sized torso and extremely short legs, thus allowing her to sit in such a way that her legs lie flat behind the lower stocks, or;
B. She's got long legs, a very long torso, and has bent forward to such a degree that she'd have to be in considerable pain.

Of course, there's always Option C;
