i dont think there is any, but ill ask this question as well. maybe its time for me to finally write the second part of my hilary duff tickling story...OR maybe i should submit the first chapter of the actual story thing i wrote a long time ago. does it have to be a complete story, or can the first chapter of a long time work in progress work?

I'm impressed by the number of people who are entering! I haven't yet figured out a prize, but the winner will get at least a congratulatory post at the Announcements Forum. If we have a lot of entries, we will also announce second- and third-place winners.

The first chapter of a lengthier work would be fine, since there is no word limit for this particular contest.
