well, this is an intersting debate....

on one hand we have the stalwart defenders, on the other the cop bashers. or, to view it another way, on one hand citizens concerned about the integrity of police, and on the other pig lovers

you decide which perceptivity tunnel you see this from

me, i remain committed to the idea that traditional systems of government do not work, and that the police exhibit this failure. even though it may not necessarily be their fault. personally, i think there should be more ethnic minorities in the police
this would present positive role models in the police
and no token black people for PR campaigns, i mean real officers

also, notice that almost every damn candidate in upper politics is white? wheres the multiculturality?
