What constitutes a "GLASS" ?...as in you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day,...is it a smaller juice glass,..or a milk glass , the kind mom used to make you drink with your peanut butter and jam sandwiches at lunch,...or is it a 1 cup measurement you can pour into a glass if you feel uncomfortable drinking from a measuring cup,....or is it a plastic sized cup your mom kept special for the neighbor kids when they used to come over and say ,..i,m thirsty,..i,m thirsty,..so the kids didn't break all her normal good glasses,..and those plastic cups were half way between juice size and milk size,...so what constitutes a glass ?
